Dry Red Wine.
Protected Geographical Indication Stefan Voda.
Aged in oak barrels not less than 12 months.
Feteasca Neagra is one of the most significant indigenous grape varieties described in Moldovan records of the Middle Ages.
The wine is made from the autochthonous grape variety Feteasca Neagra, cultivated and manually harvested from our own vineyards, located in Purcari region. The wine has dark ruby color and is filled with the flavors of ripe cherries and prunes. As aerated the wine reveals a thin note of spices and cinnamon. The taste is complete, well structured and velvety, and opens up rich notes of black fruits and plums on the background of rounded tannins and chocolate. The wine has a lasting aftertaste with notes of spices.
The wine will be an excellent gastronomic combination to a steak of red meat, lamb, pork, duck, turkey, as well as to game, dainty sausages and noble aged cheeses.
It is recommended to be served at a temperature
of +16 ... +18 °С.
