Polifonia (Note no. 1)
Dry Red Wine.
Protected Geographical Indication Stefan Voda.
Aged in oak barrels not less than 12 months.
The wine is a blend of three different grape varieties - Merlot, Saperavi and Fetească Neagră, cultivated and manually harvested from our own vineyards, located in Purcari region. 
It has a deep red color. The olfactory tones are well-balanced, with red fruits, berries and chocolate flavors. It has a perfectly harmonious taste with notes of berries and plums with persistent fruit aftertaste. The wine is recommended to be served at a temperature of +16 ... + 18 °С.

Polifonia (Note no. 2)
Dry Red Wine.

Aged in oak barrels not less than 12 months.
The wine is a blend of three different grape varieties - Shiraz, Malbec and Rară Neagră, cultivated and manually harvested from our own vineyards, located in Purcari region. A full-bodied wine with an intense color of dark red with a hue of purple. 
It has a mature flavour with notes of blueberries, plums and a hint of spices. Round taste, saturated with ripe tannins, which enhances the aromas of prunes and permanent velvety aftertaste. The wine is recommended to be served at a temperature 
of +16 ... + 18 °С.

Polifonia (Note no. 3)
Dry White Wine. 
Protected Geographical Indication Stefan Voda.
The wine is a blend of three different grape varieties - Traminer, Sauvignon and Chardonnay, cultivated and manually harvested from our own vineyards, located in Purcari region. 
It is of a light yellow-straw color with golden accents. The aroma of the wine is intensely endowed with notes of rose, herbs, ripe white apples. It is blessed with a taste saturated with bright notes of fruits and a pleasant freshness. The wine is recommended to be served at a temperature of +8 ... +12 °C.
