2011

Dry red wine is made from indigenous grape variety - Saperavi originating in the Eastern Georgian province of Kakheti.

Saperavi is a Teinturier variety, its skin and pulp are both deeply colored and produce very inky wines. It is deeply hued rich red, dark cherry color. Aromas of berries, dry plum, cherry and pepper. Full-bodied, tannic with chocolate bitterness and long fruity aftertaste.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Not fined

Unfiltered and low in sulfites.
