New French oak 20 day maceration, malolactic fermentation, 12 months aging. Deep cherry red color. Complex and rich nose, with cherry, prune, blackberry and dried fruit aromas integrated with toasted oak notes. Elegant, aromatic and soft black fruit and vanilla flavors. Long and spicy, with a touch of oak  finish, supported by silky tannins. Grilled beef, game and aged cheese. Decanting 1 hour prior. Best served at 65-66°F
