Telavi Wine Cellar

New French oak 20 day maceration, malolactic fermentation, 12 months aging. Dark ruby color with bright crimson and brick rim. Dominant red berries and cherry aromas, with mint, spice and toasted oak notes. Complex, perfectly balanced, full body palate, with intense strawberry, ripe black fruit, and sweet vanilla flavors, with a touch of green grass on the long finish. Grilled lamb, game and aged cheese. Recommended decanting 1 hour prior. Best served at 64°F
