This Chacha is produced from Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane and Saperavi grapes that are hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity at the end of September - beginning of October. Softly de-stemmed grapes are fermented on skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After the completion of fermentation the whole must is double distilled.
Intense and elegant white flowers and green grass fragrance.
Fresh and clean mid-palate with long velvety finish.
Best served at 8-100C as an appetitive, or with meat and garlic dishes, Khinkali and Khashi.
