WINEMAKING:
Mosmieri KAKHURI (PDO) is an amber-dry qvevri- style wine made from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are pressed and then macerated along with the seeds and skins in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control for more than 5 months.


TASTING NOTES AND FOOD PAIRING:
KAKHURI, this amber–colored wine has a delicate bouquet of fresh quince and dried fruits, with mild tannins, complimented with pleasant finish. The wine is a fantastic accompaniment to almost any fish and meat dishes, and to a different types of cheese.
