Light golden color with greenish reflection. Quince, pineapple and mint aromas, with subtle scents of honeysuckle and apricot. Beautifully fresh and zesty palate, with notes of quince and pear. Crisp and clean finish brings back fruity and floral aromas. Enjoy as an aperitif, with fish and chicken pates and flavorful cheeses.
