Maranuli


Winery Maranuli was established In 2012 based upon ancient Georgian wine-making traditions. Since its foundation, the company has produced wines using both, ancient methods and modern technologies.

Maranuli has invested over US$ 5 million into its vineyards and winemaking facilities to improve the quality of the wines.

Company has crafted and planted over 100 hectares of land with the grape varieties such as Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Saperavi, Tsitska, Krakhuna, Otskhanuri Sapere, and Alexandrouli-Mujuretuli.

Maranuli owns 2 wineries in the two most prestigious winegrowing regions of Georgia - Kakheti and Racha. The wineries are equipped with modern Italian machineries and stainless steel tanks. Here, Maranuli produces wines with unique personality and the highest quality. In Tbilisi Maranuli owns a brand wine store directly supplied from our wineries, where customers can easily find and enjoy the quality wines we offer.

Otskhanuri Sapere Qvevri

Dry red wine fermented and aged in Qvevri from Otskhanuri Sapere grape variety cultivated in Imereti, Western Georgia. Limited production.

Deep purple color, this wine renders intense flavors of fruit jam, hints of pepper, vanilla and cherry. On the palate it is full-bodied, energetic, with long lingering finish.

Best served with grilled meat, stake, spicy food, smoked and mutton cheeses.

Kindzmarauli

Appellation controlled Naturally semi-sweet red wine produced from Saperavi grape variety cultivated in Kindzmarauli microzone in Kakheti, Eastern Georgia.

Deep crimson color. Intense aromas of wild berries and dark chocolate. Perfectly balanced tannins, with blackberry, raspberry and mulberry flavors, it has fresh, crisp and harmonious finish.

Best served with fruits, cold deserts, chocolate and aged cheese.

Akhasheni

Appellation controlled Naturally semi-sweet red wine produced from Saperavi grape variety cultivated in Akhasheni microzone in Kakheti, Eastern Georgia.

Dense ruby color, the wine bursts with flavors of ripe blackberries, raspberries and black currant. Deep, fruity palate is harmonious and velvety, with a delightful balance of intense, bright berries, crisp, delicate tannins and fresh sweetness.

Best served with fruits, cold deserts, chocolate and aged cheese.

Ojaleshi

Dry red wine made from Ojaleshi grapes cultivated in Samegrelo, mountainous region in Western Georgia.

Light ruby color. Aromas of violets and sour cherry. Sophisticated and elegant palate with notes of cherry and raspberry, followed by long lingering fruity finish.

Best served with white meats, beef and lamb stews and soft cheeses.

Alazani Valley

Naturally semi-sweet white wine made from a blend of Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi and Khikhvi grape varieties, all cultivated in Kakheti, Eastern Georgia.

This delightful, straw-colored wine exhibits aromas of wildflowers and ripe fruits. On the palate, it is soft and silky, with pleasant fruitiness and freshness.

Best served with fish, salads, salted cheese, fruits and desserts.

Tsitska

Dry white wine made from Tsitska grape variety cultivated in Imereti, Western Georgia.

Pale straw color. Aromas of citrus and mountain flowers. Fresh and crisp palate, with notes of green apple, citrus and peach, followed by long lingering, lightly acidic finish.

Best served with poultry, ­vegetables, seafood and low salt cheese.
