Protected Geographical Indication Stefan Voda. Aged in oak barrels not less than 18 months.
It is produced from the grapes variety Saperavi, cultivated and manually harvested from our own vineyards, located in Purcari region. 
It is identified by intense red color with ruby notes, a pleasant aroma of mature fruits, well-balanced taste, harmonious and moderate astringency with long lasting afterglow. 
The wine is aged not less than 18 months in the new oak barrels. 
It matches perfectly with the meat meals. 
It is recommended to be served at +16 ... + 18 °С.
