Telavi Wine Cellar

4000 bottles limited Estate production. 5 months Qvevri fermentation, 10 months aging in a new French oak. Deep gold color, high viscosity. Layers of dry white and yellow fruit, sweet pie and coconut aromas. Buttery, dense and round texture accompanied by flavors of ripe quince, pear and other yellow fruits, with a slight touch of oak derived from the barrel aging. Finish is long and fruity, supported by light citric acidity. Enjoy with hearty pork, veal and poultry in cream or tomato sauces. Recommended decanting 1/2 hour prior. Best served at 54-59°F
