This dry red wine is made from a rare indigenous grape variety - Otskhanuri Sapere that originates in the Western Georgian province of Imereti.
Purple red color. Primary aromas of plums and blackcurrant, thyme and damson. A full-bodied juicy wine, with good acidity and velvety tannins. Long finish with cherry chocolate aftertaste.
Fermented in Qvevri.
Unfiltered and low in sulfites.
