Limited Estate production of 10000 375ml bottles. Fermentation and 9 months aging in French oak  barrels. Deep yellow color with golden reflection. Complex ripe pineapple, dried plum and honey aromas integrated with oak notes. Full body palate is dominated by peach and quince jam flavors well balanced by the natural grape acidity. Exqui­site sweetness is well integrated with a smoky vanilla, oak, with a touch of citrus zest tones, followed by a long lingering finish. Enjoy as an aperitif, digestive, and with sharp cheeses and desserts. Best served at 46-50°F
